Job summary

TEKsystems in Irwindale, CA is seeking a Business Analyst to support enrollment, payment operations, reporting, and system administration for a pilot program. You will validate eligibility, maintain enrollment data, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with vendors to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

The role requires 4+ years in business/operations analysis, advanced Excel, and experience with large datasets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis, operations analysis, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with large datasets containing hundreds of thousands of records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
• Experience with reporting, tracking, payment processing, reconciliation, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process enrollment applications from account management.
• Perform eligibility assessments for prospective participants.
• Coordinate enrollment with third-party vendors and confirm status to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for enrollment and billing platform.
• Monitor data accuracy, resolve defects, and implement enhancements.
• Oversee manual enrollment processes for ASPs.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and reconcile billing and payments, including third-party recruitment compensation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track program metrics such as enrollment counts and billing status.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to improve business processes and efficiency.
