Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a remote Business Process Analyst 2 to manage customer accounts, master data, and billing configurations across multiple systems. The role supports new billing implementations and ongoing Order-to-Cash processes.

You will interpret contracts, analyze data, manage rate updates, and collaborate across teams to complete customer implementations. Remote role with flexible hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in data analysis, billing and/or accounts receivable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with billing processes and healthcare data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and onboard customers in billing systems accurately.
• Review and interpret customer contracts to determine billing requirements, services and rates.
• Analyze CPI increases and update customer rates accordingly.
• Help ensure customers are not overbilled, underbilled or missing contracted services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and onboarding needs.
