MyComputerCareer in Arlington, TX is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior program. This onsite, full-time role focuses on guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel, delivering compelling consultations, and achieving enrollment targets for high-demand IT and cybersecurity tracks.

You will engage candidates through consultations, assess readiness, facilitate funding documentation, and collaborate with campus teams to ensure successful starts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative enrollment growth by articulating the life-changing value of tech skills training and closing enrollments.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and actively advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations and build immediate trust.
• Collaborate across campus teams to ensure student retention and starts.
