Qualifications

• 2+ years of target-driven sales success.
• High-volume outreach and daily activity discipline.
• CRM proficiency and ability to analyze conversion metrics.
• Excellent presentation and active listening skills.
• Education: HS diploma; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech skills training and presenting to prospects.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience when objections arise and stay energized.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: assessments, funding docs, onboarding.
