You will drive pipeline growth, engage candidates through the funnel, and maintain a high activity level to exceed enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales success in target-driven environments.
• High-volume activity discipline and strong pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze personal conversion metrics to optimize outreach and results.
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills for candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversions, and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate grit and resilience when overcoming objections.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including financial documentation.
