The role bridges technical execution and business strategy, requiring strategic leadership, Lean discipline, and deep SolidWorks expertise to drive product development, manufacturing excellence, and customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of engineering experience with at least five in a leadership role.
• Proven track record reducing product complexity and improving processes to reduce time, errors, and cost.
• In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Diverse knowledge of auxiliary equipment.
• Experience supporting complex, customized product lines in a high‑volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term engineering roadmap aligned with targets and trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and processes (Industry 4.0).
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new product development and process innovations.
• Bridge design and production with manufacturing and operations teams.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure products are designed for manufacturability and reliability.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
