Qualifications

• Fifteen years of engineering experience with at least five years in a leadership role.
• SolidWorks expertise and knowledge of auxiliary equipment.
• Experience with production-oriented engineering in high-volume environments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term engineering roadmap aligned with targets and industry trends.
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes (Industry 4.0).
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new product development and improvements.
• Bridge design and production with Lean manufacturing to cut costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
