Aspire Talent Solutions in Morgantown, PA seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with executives to deliver long-range strategic goals. Immediate availability and relocation support offered.

This role requires 10+ years in progressive leadership within a high-growth, multi-site environment, with a strong track record in expanding operations and optimizing safety, quality, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited college; MBA/MA preferred.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible roles with functional leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Lean Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Act as trusted advisor to the President and senior leaders.
• Apply Lean and CI to guide planning and initiatives for key business strategies.
• Establish and administer the budget to ensure profitable operations.
• Lead expansion to meet growth strategies.
• Help define and drive processes and skills for a positive culture.
• Promote collaboration, development, safety and inclusion as a preferred employer.
• Participate in quarterly management reviews with the parent company and executives.
• Achieve financial goals through capital and operating expenditure management.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in operations management.
• Identify training needs and provide needed training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
• Use operational and economic metrics to measure and communicate results.
