Qualifications

• Fifteen years of engineering experience with at least five years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to reduce product complexity and streamline engineering processes.
• SolidWorks proficiency; knowledge of production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical strategy and product development roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, materials, and processes (automation, robotics, Industry 4.0).
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new product development and improvements.
• Bridge design and production teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure design for manufacturability to optimize production.
