Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in progressively responsible manufacturing leadership roles.
• MBA is preferred for strategic leadership and growth initiatives.
• Lean Black Belt certification is preferred for process improvement mastery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver top performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost and team morale.
• Serve as operations partner to the President and senior leaders.
• Develop and refine CI/LEAN strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and capital/operating expenditure planning.
• Expand operations to support growth and drive profitability.
