Ashton North LLC seeks a Vice President of Engineering to lead design, R&D, production engineering and technical support. The role ensures on-time, on-budget, high-quality product delivery and alignment with business strategy.

Requires 15+ years in engineering with at least 5 in leadership, SolidWorks proficiency, and strong cross-functional coordination across a production environment. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of engineering experience with at least five years in a leadership role in a broad, deep organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in SolidWorks and manufacturing processes; experience reducing complexity helps.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical strategy and product development roadmap in alignment with targets and industry trends.
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new products, process innovations, and improvements to maintain leadership.
• Bridge design and production with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to cut costs and waste.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across engineering activities and products.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to build a strong, safety-focused culture.
