Midland Door Solutions is seeking an Engineering Technician in West Fargo, ND to support door design and operation by optimizing existing products and developing new systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and test while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, familiarity with PLC/HMI, hydraulics, and 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
Salary Range: 70,000-$80,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team.
The primary function of this position is to support door design and doors in operation by optimizing current door design and new products. You will work hands-on, partnering with teams across various functions to troubleshoot, repair doors, install new systems, and help drive technological advancements.
This position requires limited travel to door installations as necessary to troubleshoot and document findings.
High School or GED required. Two-year technical degree preferred (Mechatronics, Automation, or similar field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
