Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes and calculations; load calculations, distribution, and codes.
• Advanced management skills including work planning, resource management, and staff development.
• Experience with electrical system studies and design QA/QC.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
• Proficiency in coordinating with city, state, and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fee.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Oversee resource allocation and fee disposition for projects.
• Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with executives regarding effort and deliverables; support submittals to PMs.
• QA/QC of designs and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Perform value engineering and ensure project alignment with goals.
