Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Pflugerville, Texas, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design staff leadership on assigned projects. You will manage resources, budgets, and schedules while mentoring staff to deliver successful design-build outcomes.

Role requires a PE license, 8+ years of engineering experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 25% and field presence are expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience; Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
