Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and manage a design team on large electrical projects. You will develop fees, plan resources, and mentor staff while coordinating with Project Managers and Owners to deliver complex outcomes.

The role requires a PE license or equivalent experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction sciences, and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required or strongly preferred.
• Field experience is recommended.
• Education and experience can be a mix of formal training and on-the-job practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.
• Develop design fees and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Supervise Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff; coordinate with PMs and owners.
• Lead CAC efforts and ensure regulatory compliance with city, state, and county authorities.
• Conduct Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record where needed.
• Mentor staff and manage project scoping, budgeting, and risk assessment.
