Job summary
Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for high-profile electrical construction projects. The role requires directing project engineering staff, developing design fees, and ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality standards.
You will oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff, coordinate with project managers and owners, and lead value engineering studies while maintaining strong
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience
- Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
- Field experience is strongly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.
- Develop design fee for the work requested and oversee work plans for resources.
- Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project.
- Coordinate with Project Manager or Owner regarding effort required for deliverables and submittals.
- Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
- Resolve complex engineering problems and oversee regulatory coordination.
