Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and design leadership for complex projects. You will manage engineers, designers, and modeling staff, develop work plans and fees, and coordinate with project managers and owners to deliver high-quality results.

A PE license and strong leadership are essential. Office-based roles are available in Texas locations, with travel up to 25% for site reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the US is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management.
• Develop design fees, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Lead Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff on projects.
• Communicate effort estimates to PMs and Owners.
