Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Licensed PE (US) is required for this position.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Education and experience can be a mix of formal and practical work.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fees.
• Oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Direct Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to projects.
• Communicate effort and deliverables with PM or Owner as needed.
• Lead Engineering CAC efforts and collaboration with PM.
• Resolve complex design problems and coordination challenges.
• Supervise coordination with city, state, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend project design meetings with the Design Build Team.
• Visit job sites to review installation and conditions.
• Perform Value Engineering studies.
• Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
