Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.

You will oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff, develop work plans and design fees, and coordinate with Project Managers and owners to ensure successful delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a minimum of 8 years of experience, and PE licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field experience and staff oversight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Coordinate with Project Manager or Owner regarding deliverables and engagement.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the Project PM.
• Resolve complex design issues and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Perform site visits to review installation or assess current conditions.
• Conduct Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record as needed.
