Job summary

You will manage resource planning, fee development, QA/QC, and coordination with project executives, owners, and regulatory agencies, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction sciences required.
• PE license required for this position; field experience strongly preferred.
• Ten years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and allocate resources for engineering and production.
• Develop design fee and oversee work plans for engineering teams.
• QA/QC of designs and technical problem resolution.
• Coordinate with Project Exec/Division Manager on deliverables and scope.
• Lead and mentor Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, and Designers.
