Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Texas to provide technical engineering oversight and manage design teams on multiple projects. This role emphasizes financial oversight, resource allocation, and leadership of engineers, designers, and modeling staff.

Mentorship and staff development are key elements of the position. The ideal candidate will have a PE license, a strong background in electrical/engineering systems, and experience with building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Licensed US PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort for deliverables and potential changes.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the PM.
