Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in the United States to provide technical engineering oversight and design team leadership for diverse projects. This role mentors staff, manages budgets and resources, and ensures timely, high-quality deliverables on complex engineering assignments.

Travel up to 25% may be required. The ideal candidate holds a PE license and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 8+ years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the US is required.
• Typically 8+ years of engineering experience, with field experience greatly preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and manage design teams, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop design fees based on project requirements.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee engineers, designers and modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive on effort and deliverables; develop requests for additional services.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Resolve complex engineering problems and coordinate with city/state/regulatory agencies.
• Attend project design meetings with the Design Build Team; perform site visits.
• Perform Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record.
• Manage project coordination and ensure successful project execution.
