Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Texas to oversee engineering projects and manage design teams. The role emphasizes technical leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with PMs and owners on high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will have a PE license and 8+ years of engineering experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and coordinate with regulatory bodies. Rosendin offers ESOP and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience; PE licensure required.
Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant work.

Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort required to accomplish deliverables.
Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
Resolve complex engineering problems and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
Lead project coordination with city, state, and county officials; attend design meetings.
