ERock in Houston is seeking an Engineering Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to drive full-cycle recruiting for its Engineering organization. You will partner with engineering leadership, hiring managers, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

This high-ownership role manages requisitions end-to-end, owns pipeline health, sourcing strategy, and interview processes in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven experience supporting engineering, technical, manufacturing, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or technology hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with strong pipeline activity.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for ERock's Engineering organization, including intake, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders, hiring managers, and HR to align on priorities, profiles and timelines.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, success profiles, interview processes and sourcing approaches.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify top engineering and tech talent, including niche roles.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and maintain conversion-ready pipelines.
• Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and direct sourcing.
