Earle-M.-Jorgensen-Company in the Houston area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations. The role will be onsite for 90 days to support onboarding, training, and integration, with a transition to a hybrid work schedule.

You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a positive candidate experience using ATS and recruiting platforms. Compensation is USD $31.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Formación

• Required: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year recruiting or HR experience; proficiency with ATS and online recruiting platforms; strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 2+ years recruiting or talent acquisition; experience recruiting for multiple locations; knowledge of employment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from approval through offer.
• Source candidates through ATS, platforms, referrals, networking; promote employer branding.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers; handle offer-related activities and onboarding handoffs.
