ERock in Houston is seeking an Engineering & Infrastructure Recruiter to build high-impact talent pipelines for Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles. You will own active requisitions, drive proactive outreach, and ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience.

You will manage 15+ concurrent roles, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to align on market conditions and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience supporting Engineering, IT, Automation, Project Management & O&M hiring.
• Manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with strong pipeline activity.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach with candidate engagement.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles.
• Manage active requisitions with pipeline health.
• Generate candidate flow via LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit before submission.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities.
• Track outreach metrics and pipeline health using ATS.
• Attend local job fairs and events.
