Persona AI is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and lead the sourcing of world-class engineers for humanoid robotics. You will own full-cycle recruiting for deep-tech roles, partnering with engineering, robotics, and operations teams to source, engage, and close top talent in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll drive intake, craft bespoke sourcing strategies, and run end-to-end interview processes while selling Houston as a destination for top engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/engineering roles.
• Proven ability to fill highly technical roles in robotics/AI/embedded systems.
• Expert-level sourcing using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AI tools.
• Strong partner to hiring managers with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical roles from kickoff to start date.
• Lead intake meetings to define role needs, expectations, and success metrics.
• Develop custom sourcing strategies across networks, labs, and conferences.
• Craft outreach that yields responses from passive candidates and drives conversations.
• Screen for depth, motivation, and mission fit before presenting to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview loops and prep candidates; move offers to close.
• Manage offers, counteroffers, and start-date logistics; support relocation as needed.
• Represent Persona AI and its technology to attract top talent in Houston.
