  • Develop and drive proactive sourcing strategies focused on identifying and attracting top engineering and technical talent, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong, conversion-ready candidate pipelines.
  • Generate consistent candidate flow through high-volume outreach, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, email campaigns, direct sourcing, and industry engagement.
  • Conduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to increase response rates and accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Identify, engage, assess, and convert both passive and active candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, motivation, and overall fit.

  • Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, debrief discussions, and hiring decisions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide real-time market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation insights, competitive hiring trends, and market conditions.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and compensation stakeholders to develop offer strategies and successfully close candidates.
  • Track recruiting activity, response rates, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and hiring progress using ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, follow-ups, transparency, and professional engagement.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, recruiting processes, and stakeholder engagement to improve efficiency and results.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives, talent mapping efforts, succession planning discussions, and proactive pipeline development.
  • Attend and support local job fairs, hiring events, military recruiting initiatives, networking events, and community outreach activities.
