Job summary

ERock in Houston is seeking an Engineering Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to drive full-cycle engineering recruitment and build high-impact talent pipelines. You will partner with Engineering leadership, hiring managers, and HR to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or technology hiring.
• Ability to manage 15+ requisitions concurrently with strong pipeline activity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners on hiring strategy.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche engineering talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions and maintain conversion-ready pipelines.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluations to assess fit and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, debriefs, and hiring decisions throughout the process.
