Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full life-cycle recruiting for Electrical Engineering (Electrical Design) roles, partnering with Engineering and Operations leadership to plan for workforce needs and deliver top engineering talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus five or more years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering/technical design.
Agency recruitment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Electrical Engineering roles, acting as main point of contact for candidates and managers.
Lead workforce planning meetings with Engineering and Operations to understand needs and priorities.
Translate design needs into clear job descriptions aligned with objectives.
Provide consultative hiring guidance throughout the process.
Manage postings, candidate activity, offers, and reporting in the ATS.
Proactively source engineering design talent via job boards, associations, college recruiting, and referrals.
Communicate long- and short-term workforce needs to project teams for alignment.
Collaborate on process improvements and specialized recruiting programs for engineering talent.
Develop and maintain engineering job descriptions as needs evolve.
