Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with hiring managers and leaders in recruiting across our multidisciplinary engineering practices. This role emphasizes building pipelines, proactive talent outreach, and consultative partnerships to move searches forward.

Based in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, South Dakota, California, or Florida with a flexible hybrid model (three days in office, two remote). Experience in civil engineering recruiting is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including professional and/or technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting civil engineers or other AEC professionals strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Develop pipelines for recurring or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering talent and passive candidates.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Own full cycle recruiting from intake to offer and acceptance.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation and availability.
