Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruiting for a defined territory, partnering with Operations Managers to forecast staffing and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The TAP will source candidates, develop relationships with schools and community partners, manage ATS workflows, and drive recruitment metrics while adapting to changing business needs. A strong emphasis on innovation, organization, and communication is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical, metric-driven, and comfortable using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for a defined territory with hiring managers and candidates.
• Lead workforce planning meetings to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Coach and guide department managers through the hiring process with data-backed insights.
• Maintain jobs, workflows, candidates, offers, and reports in ATS; source proactively.
• Collaborate on process improvements and strategic recruitment programs to boost effectiveness.
• Develop and update job descriptions and build relationships with local candidate sources.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting in partnership with TA Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
