Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting across a defined territory, partnering with Operations Managers to align workforce plans with business goals and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

The role emphasizes relationship building with education partners, trade schools, and internal stakeholders, using analytics to improve recruiting programs and ensure effective hiring across skilled trades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus five or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, or ten plus years in skilled trades recruiting.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruiting process for a specific territory with candidates and hiring managers.
Lead regular workforce planning meetings to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Provide coaching and support to department managers through the hiring process.
Maintain jobs, workflows, candidates, offers and reporting in ATS.
Source candidates via job boards, events, social media, and referrals; communicate workforce needs to project teams.
Collaborate on process improvements and strategic recruiting programs.
Develop and update job descriptions and specs as needed.
Build relationships with local candidate sources and manage recruiting events.
Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting in partnership with TA Manager.
