Job summary

HR Green is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to recruit across engineering practices. You’ll own full cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with managers to craft effective strategies.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing of engineers and AEC professionals, and developing relationships well before roles open. You will join a flexible hybrid team with opportunities to influence talent strategy nationwide while supporting multiple offices, including Florida, with a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including professional and/or technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting civil engineers or AEC professionals is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering talent and passive candidates.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
• Own full cycle recruiting from intake to offer and acceptance.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, availability, and competition.
