Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering/technical fields.
• Experience recruiting for civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates based on education, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and pipelines.
