Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the US. Your goal is to establish Siteworks as the basis of design in engineering specs, driving market penetration and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of specification business development experience in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, specifiers, and design professionals to influence product selection.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications.
• Deliver product presentations, seminars, and trainings to drive awareness.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications.
• Review drawings and specs to identify substitution opportunities.
• Collaborate with reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and partners.
• Document interactions and track opportunities in the CRM.
• Report market trends and feedback to product management.
