• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction, Maintenance or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in engineering supervision or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with budgeting, P&L awareness, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering team activities across a diverse portfolio of buildings and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and SOPs; maintain infrastructure docs and drawings.
• Oversee maintenance, life-safety, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Optimize preventive maintenance plans and CMMS usage with reliability input.
• Develop client relationships and communicate progress and risks clearly.
