With over 5 years of facilities management experience, this customer-facing role will require strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in high-tech industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to maintain professionalism under stress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering team through goal-setting and performance evaluations.
• Execute maintenance and repair work on complex systems.
• Manage facilities work order system to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct inspections and document findings of critical equipment.
• Coordinate operations meetings and negotiate vendor contracts.
