Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Hard Services Lead/Engineering Services Director to strategically lead multiple teams across hard services and small project management. The role focuses on uptime, safety, and cost-effective operation of building systems in a nuclear activities environment.

You will manage the Engineering Lead/Regional Engineering Manager and their Chief Engineers, ensuring alignment with client needs, adherence to standards, and proactive maintenance planning

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, or related discipline (or 10 years of engineering supervision experience).
• Minimum 5 years of building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and change; delegating effectively.
• Strong financial acumen with background in managing P&L outcomes.
• Working knowledge of skilled trades and building-related systems.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Familiar with project delivery processes and capital planning functions.
• Ability to analyze operation of various systems and take corrective action.
• Must pass background and drug/alcohol checks; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced guidance for Engineering Lead supervising a wide range of challenges in a nuclear activities environment.
• Coordinate with Soft Services Lead and Integrated Facilities Manager to manage Corrigo Work Orders and client demands.
• Oversee daily leadership of Engineering Team to ensure compliant and efficient operations.
• Lead annual property budgets and approve related payables and MRO stock activities.
• Negotiate and oversee service contracts and drive continuous improvement across sites.
