Job summary

JLL is seeking a Hard Services Lead/Engineering Services Director to provide strategic and tactical leadership for multiple teams in a nuclear activities environment. You will oversee safety, maintenance, and capital projects across various building systems, while ensuring uptime, client satisfaction, and compliant operations.

This role reports to the Account Lead Team and guides both Hard Services and small project management.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, or related discipline or 10 years field experience as an engineering supervisor.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical.
Exceptional leadership abilities and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Superior relationship-building abilities among stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity, change, and delegation with strong financial acumen (P&L).

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for Life Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Building systems.
Lead annual property budgets and approve payables.
Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance at all sites.
Oversee maintenance, capital improvements and project delivery.
Manage Corrigo work orders and coordinate with Account Director and Team for staffing and training.
