Job summary

JLL is seeking a Hard Services Lead/Engineering Services Director to provide strategic and tactical management of the Hard Services team within a nuclear activities environment. You will lead multiple teams, ensure uptime, safety, and compliance across a variety of buildings, and deliver small projects while aligning with client objectives.

You will manage budgets, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and capital programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of building repair and maintenance experience
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and change
• Excellent financial acumen with P&L experience
• Knowledge of skilled trades and building systems
• Ability to analyze operation of various systems
• Valid state driver’s license
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Hard Services and small projects teams.
• Ensure uptime and safety of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and client relationships.
• Oversee site engineering teams across multiple sites.
• Monitor maintenance programs and CMMS performance.
• Coordinate with Account Lead Team on staffing and projects.
