Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent facility management experience.
• 7+ years in facility operations within commercial real estate.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with contractors.
• HVAC, fluid handling, pumps, building systems knowledge.
• Universal Technician certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Operating Engineers license or equivalent certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical and electrical systems operations and maintenance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and reliability programs for uptime.
• Manage contractor activities and vendor coordination for building ops.
