Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program for recent engineering graduates to start a career in technical sales. The 6-month program pairs you with a mentor and a nationwide network, with classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to develop technical know-how, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

You'll gain exposure to HVAC equipment and building solutions while supporting sales activities and delivering customer outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/June 2027).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
