Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical product support to assist sales efforts of the outside sales staff.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications for equipment selections and quotations.
• Maintain job quote log in the system.
• Provide design assistance to consulting engineers with submittals, schedules, and specifications.
• Customer service duties: quotations, placing orders, tracking order status, delivery confirmation, and troubleshooting.
• Support outside sales by assisting with submittals, letters, general correspondence, expediting orders, and handling returns and RMAs.
• Assist in setting up logistically for local seminars and training classes.
• Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and quotation/selection programs.
