Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales support, sales operations, or a similar B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Experience creating or managing customer accounts, opportunities, quotes, and orders within a CRM.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for B2B customers via phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Understand product requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Create and maintain customers, opportunities, quotes, orders, and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders through completion.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy.
• Follow up on open quotes, opportunities, orders, and requests.
