Job summary

Trane Technologies offers an Engineering Accelerated Development Program for recent graduates. Through three rotations at multiple sites, you'll gain hands-on experience in modeling, value engineering, product validation, and new technology development, with on-site and hybrid work expectations.

Applicants should have a BS/MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics (GPA 3.0+), show leadership, internship or related experience, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics with GPA 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or projects.
• Internship or six months of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations across product development and engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to modeling, value engineering, validation and new technology development.
• Rotations may be onsite or hybrid, and relocations may be required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
