Job summary

NetApp seeks a highly organized interview coordination professional to support Product Engineering hiring in RTP and San Jose. You will own the full lifecycle from scheduling complex panels to offers and pre-boarding, serving as the main contact for candidates and stakeholders.

Engineering knowledge is not required; emphasis is on operational excellence, clear communication, and exceptional candidate experience across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience supporting tech/engineering hiring is a plus.
• Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for multiple time zones and interview loops.
• Manage reschedules, backfills, and calendar conflicts with empathy.
• Coordinate all logistics: agendas, video links, kits, and interviewer readiness.
• Track feedback and maintain ATS data hygiene within SLAs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on timelines and panels.
• Communicate with candidates: confirmations, prep materials, and follow-ups.
• Support offers: draft letters, routing approvals, and questions.
• Run background checks and coordinate start dates and pre-boarding.
• Ensure accessible candidate experience and timely updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate technical assessments and provide instructions.
