• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews.
• Manage interview logistics, travel, reimbursements, and onsite greeting.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure timely background investigations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the interview process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency, equity and experience.
• Master ATS and tools including Workday, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Contribute to regional and global RC projects and dashboards.
• Educate hiring teams on scheduling best practices to meet SLAs.
