Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally in high-volume or technical hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and interviewers across several time zones with attention to detail.
• Proactive communication and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, interviewers, and time zones; manage logistics end-to-end.
• Maintain and clean Ashby as the system of record, update pipelines and stages, and generate recurring funnel reports.
• Support immigration verification and document handling when needed, ensuring data privacy and smooth handoffs.
