Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain Ashby pipelines, stages, and reports.
• Handle visa verification coordination with immigration attorneys.
• Manage job postings and postings updates across boards and careers page.
• Document processes and improve workflows with automation and AI tools.
• Support Head of Talent on special projects and events.
